2.1 To avail of any Benefits, an interested person must download the App, accept the Program Terms and create Account to become a ‘Loyalty Program’ Member. Program is free for registration and is available by downloading the App and completing the required registration details.

2.2 Members of the Program will be entitled to certain Benefits set forth below, as per their Tier status:

2.3 All Tiers – Earning On Spends

· Member spends / transactions at Participating Brands or with an agreed 3rd Party Partner will be eligible to earn Points on their total spend.

2.4 All Tiers - Scratch & Win

Benefit Terms & Conditions:

· "Scratch & Win" means a digital scratch coupon that is triggered or made available through the App. "Scratch & Win" privilege is conditioned on allowing access to location data in mobile phone.

· The Scratch & Win benefit will be triggered/provided via push notifications.

· Members can choose to use their Scratch & Win benefits instantly, or save it for later use under the "Coupons" section of the App.

· Member will be eligible to receive only one Scratch & Win digital coupon, per day, per visit.

· The Scratch & Win Offer or Coupons cannot be combined with other benefits, discounts, rewards or Offers.

· All Scratch & Win digital coupons will be subject to their own terms and conditions; and must be claimed before the expiry date highlighted on the coupon. No Scratch & Win coupons will be accepted after their expiry date.

2.5 Monthly Rewards Drop

Benefits Terms & Conditions:

· Monthly Reward Drops will be made available as digital coupons that will be sent to the Member through the App. These digital coupons a Member may choose to use instantly or save for later use under the Coupons section of the App. If option to receive commercial messages is activated a Member receives push notification of Monthly Rewards Drop.

· All Monthly Rewards Drop digital coupons will be subject to their own terms and conditions, and must be claimed before the expiry date highlighted on the coupon. No coupon will be accepted after their expiry date.

2.6 Complimentary Birthday Gift

Benefits Terms & Conditions:

· The Complimentary Birthday Gift means an Offer, exclusive discount, complimentary Bonus Points or any other Benefit or surprise gift that will be offered to a Member during their birthday month.

· In order to avail the Complimentary Birthday Gift Benefit, Members must update their Profile under Account Settings and ensure they provide their Date of Birth.

· The Complimentary Birthday Gift Benefit will not be triggered or offered if a Member’s Birth date has not been provided, or birthday month has already passed.

· The Complimentary Birthday Gift Benefit will be made available as digital coupons that will be sent to the Member through the App. These digital coupons a Member may choose to use instantly or save for later use under the Coupons section of the App.

· All Complimentary Birthday Gift Benefits will be subject to their own terms and conditions; and must be claimed before the expiry date highlighted on the coupon. No coupon will be accepted after their expiry date.

2.7 Member Events

Benefit Terms & Conditions:

· Member Events include, but may not limited to movie premieres, private sales events, Member first experiences, new store or restaurant launch events, etc.

· To be invited, participate or added to any event guest list, an active/current and valid Membership is required.

· Galerija reserves the right to refuse admission or to stop continued participation in an Event if a Member or Members' guest(s) name(s) are not on the event guest list.

· Galerija has sole discretion to limit the number of Members, or guests who may attend any event on reasonable grounds such as venue capacity, service turn around etc., in order to ensure a smooth experience for its Members.

· Galerija reserves the right to cancel or to change the date, time, program or venue of any event for any reason, including but not limited to situations where the requisite numbers of participants for an event have not been met by the applicable deadline for that event. If Members have paid for an event(s) Galerija will use commercially reasonable efforts to inform its Members of any such change as soon as possible and Members agree that it shall be their responsibility to inform any person for whom they have registered or paid of any change to an event.

· Most events have a limited capacity and Members are given priority for each event. Just because you are invited to an event does not mean you are allowed to attend said event. Members and their guests, are not confirmed to attend any event unless and until they register for the said event on the Website or App, unless expressly advised that Members do not have to, and receive an email from Galerija expressly confirming Member and their guests' name on the guest List i.e. that their attendance is confirmed.

· Generally, attendance is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Galerija encourages Member's to register for any desired events as soon as it is practicable.

· If an event guest list is completely booked or closed, Members may register to be added to the waitlist.

· Members are not confirmed for the waitlist unless and until they receive a confirmation email from Galerija, stating that they have been added to the waitlist.

· Once on the waitlist, there is no guarantee that a Member will be added to the guest list and/or allowed to attend the event.

· Unless a Member receives an email confirmation that their name, along with their guests' name has been taken off the event waitlist and added to the guest list, they are not confirmed to attend the event.

· Some events may be paid events and determined at the sole discretion of Galerija and/or the Participating Brands or 3rd Party Partners hosting the event.

· Event fees, if any, are determined on an event-by-event basis. These fees will be displayed on the Website and App.

· All event fees are payable via the App using Points or a valid credit or debit card and must be paid in advance of attendance.

· Payments for events will not be treated as having been made until Galerija has received cleared funds in respect of all sums due, and Galerija reserves the right to refuse admission to an event in cases of non-payment prior to the relevant event.

· Galerija reserves the right to ask for acceptable identification (for example your valid Membership ID, or a government issued photo ID) as proof of age and for similar proof from Members' guests attending the event.

· Events where alcohol or tobacco may be available or distributed, Members and their guest's must be 18 years old and carry an acceptable government issued photo ID to prove their age, along with a valid Membership ID.

· Members, guests, or third parties who attend any Member events and fail to behave responsibly and/or correctly (for example in a drunken or disorderly manner) may be prevented from continuing with an event, at the sole discretion of Galerija. Galerija also reserves the right to terminate Membership or preclude a Member's attendance at future events on such grounds. Members and their guests acknowledge and agree that venue owners/operators, sponsors or other organizers may also be entitled to refuse admission to an event or stop continued participation in an event for these and/or similar reasons.

2.8 Important Notes

· The visuals, pictures etc. shown on any Offer, Reward, E-Vouchers, or in any other promotional material are only indicative and may not be the actual gifts.

· Your purchases of goods and services from a Participating Brand or other merchant are between you and them, and are subject to any additional terms, conditions and restrictions between you and them, including for example their applicable return policy. Accordingly, Galerija has no responsibility for the delivery, standard, quality, safety, use, suitability, or any other aspect of any goods and services ordered or purchased from Participating Brands or other merchants.

Galerija makes no representation regarding the quality of the products offered by Participating Brands and the Member shall not make any demand in respect of an exchange for cash or another product, service or food and beverage item in respect of the Coupon that is received.

· The Benefits are subject to availability, subject to capacity and any additional terms and conditions either set out above or on the Platform. Galerija reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to amend, cancel or replace any Benefit from time to time, and shall not be liable for any of the aforementioned or for the unavailability of the Platform or any Benefits from time to time, whether notified to the Member or not.

· Galerija is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuances of the Participating Brand’s service or product(s) which may affect Benefits or Rewards offered, or for any Participating Brand withdrawal from the Program or for any effect of such changes on Points earning or redemption.

· All Benefits, Offers & Rewards digital Coupons are non-cashable, non-negotiable and non-transferable.
